📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

  • Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement after the label is created.

✏️ Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to update your address or cancel? Email storesupport@nurturenauts.com within [2 hours] of purchase. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment.

đź§ľ Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Import duties, VAT, and fees (if any) are collected by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or expedite customs processing.

📦 Delays & Issues

We’re not responsible for:

  • Carrier or customs delays

  • Incorrect/insufficient shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package seems delayed or missing, email us at storesupport@nurturenauts.com and we’ll help investigate.

🛡️ Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We’ll make it right (replacement, credit, or refund).

  • Marked Delivered, Not Received: Check with household members/neighbors and your parcel locker. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us for next steps.

  • Lost in Transit: If a shipment shows no movement for [15 days domestic / 30 days international], we’ll assist with a replacement or refund where eligible.
